99.9% and 99.99% Uptime Guarantees

Consultingmode is serious about the level of service we provide. To prove our dedication, we offer a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee that covers all Web sites hosted on our servers. Consultingmode will issue credits based on the information below for any web site hosted on our servers that is not available 99.9% or 99.99% as indicated for your service level hosting plan, in any calendar month.

For plans with 99.9% SLA:
95% - 99.8% we offer a 10% credit
90% - 94.9% we offer a 20% credit
89.9% or below we offer a 100% credit

For plans with 99.99% SLA:
99.0% - 99.9% we offer a 10% credit
85% - 98.9% we offer a 20% credit
84.9% or below we offer a 100% credit

All credits must be requested by contacting our billing department. The maximum credit allowed shall not be more than customers's monthly service charge for the month in question. Credits do not have a cash value and will only be applied automatically to future invoices. All accounts must be in good financial standing and not in violation of our Web Hosting Terms Of Service.

Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen network occurrences such as but not limited to network outages, power grid failures, DDOS attacks, and congestion do not warrant credit.
